The Nutmeg Youth Triathlon Team strives to instill lifelong values in its youth members through the sport of triathlon.  By working with the coaches and their teammates in a safe and friendly environment, members will experience the joy of working hard to accomplish a goal.  They will also learn healthy exercise and eating habits.  These skills will provide them the necessary foundation for developing their talents as triathletes and enable them to compete at any level of the sport.
